23 March - 2 April 2026

Tyndale House, Cambridge

Programme Overview

Tyndale House warmly invites members of Graduate Christian Fellowship to take part in an eleven-day residential Beginning New Testament Greek Language Intensive. This workshop aims to jump-start participants’ learning of the language of the Greek New Testament through immersive, small-group study within the scholarly community of Tyndale House.

Classes will take place on weekdays, with the weekend free for rest and independent exploration of Cambridge. We encourage participants to attend local churches in the Cambridge area.

  • Mornings: Concentrated instruction in New Testament Greek, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, and reading practice.
  • Afternoons: Supplementary lectures on topics related to biblical language and interpretation, group work, individual study time, and occasional group outings.

The class size is limited to twelve participants from Graduate Christian Fellowship.

Accommodation

Participants will reside in shared housing on the Tyndale House campus. Each room will accommodate up to two participants, with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Men and women will be housed in separate buildings.

A simple breakfast and lunch will be served on class days. Participants should plan for self-catering dinners and meals on non-class days using shared kitchen facilities or nearby eateries in Cambridge.

Please note that there is no parking onsite at Tyndale House. If you require a space to park your vehicle, please contact Tyndale House for details of nearby parking.

Registration

Participation is open to current members of Graduate Christian Fellowship who wish to begin learning New Testament Greek.

To register, please complete the registration form here.

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis once eligibility is confirmed. The registration deadline for this language intensive is 2 March 2026.

Suggested Donation

The intensive is offered free of charge. However, we invite participants to make a suggested donation of £150, if they are able to, to help offset some of the costs of accommodation, tuition, and meals. All donations toward this programme are greatly appreciated and allow us to offer similar programmes in the future.
